Ventilation as a building's air conditioning system has an important role in controlling temperature, air humidity, air quality and air movement. The function of ventilation, apart from producing clean air, also functions to remove polluting gases (contaminants). This research is entitled “Analysis of Air Ventilation Design on Comfort Feasibility in PT. AAA” which aims to provide comfort, improve industrial hygiene and reduce Acute Respiratory Infection diseases in employees which are caused by one of the chemicals in the form of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. By using GVR calculations in accordance with SNI standards regarding procedures for designing ventilation systems (SNI 03-6572 (2001)). This research was carried out using an anemometer and an air quality detector to find wind speed, temperature and air quality values. The research results from a room area of 22 m² with a total of 5 employees and 1 exhaust fan and 1 AC had a room temperature of 30˚C and humidity of 54%, indicating that the room was less comfortable. The existing ventilation in a room measuring 22 m² shows that the air ventilation in the production room does not meet existing standards, which should have a total ventilation area of 10% of the floor area, namely 2.2 m². So in this case it requires additional natural ventilation in the form of casement windows with a size of 0.6x1.5, 2 pieces and also replace the exhaust fan with a size of 0.7x0.7 m, 1 piece.
