Kepemimpinan Humanis di Tengah Disrupsi Teknologi Pendidikan

Disrupsi teknologi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, baik pada metode pembelajaran, pola interaksi, maupun arah kebijakan. Di satu sisi, teknologi membuka peluang melalui akses informasi yang luas, efisiensi, dan fleksibilitas; namun di sisi lain berpotensi menurunkan nilai kemanusiaan, seperti berkurangnya interaksi, munculnya kesenjangan digital, dan dominasi orientasi teknokratis. Kajian ini bertujuan menelaah urgensi kepemimpinan humanis dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis telaah literatur, kajian ini mengkaji konsep kepemimpinan humanis yang menekankan penghargaan terhadap martabat manusia, empati, relasi interpersonal yang sehat, serta pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan humanis memiliki relevansi strategis di era disrupsi teknologi karena mampu menyeimbangkan inovasi digital dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan humanis menjadi fondasi penting untuk memastikan transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tidak hanya berorientasi pada teknologi, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pemerdekaan dan pemanusiaan peserta didik.

Abstract
Technological disruption has brought significant changes to education, including learning methods, patterns of interaction, and policy directions. On the one hand, technology offers opportunities through broad access to information, efficiency, and flexibility; on the other hand, it has the potential to undermine human values, such as reduced social interaction, the emergence of digital inequality, and the dominance of technocratic orientation. This study aims to examine the urgency of humanistic leadership in addressing these challenges. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this study explores the concept of humanistic leadership, which emphasizes respect for human dignity, empathy, healthy interpersonal relationships, and the character development of learners. The findings show that humanistic leadership holds strategic relevance in the era of technological disruption, as it balances digital innovation with human values. In conclusion, humanistic leadership becomes a crucial foundation to ensure that digital transformation in education is not merely technology-oriented, but also serves as a means of liberation and humanization for students..
