ANALISIS PENERAPAN PERATURAN MENTERI PENDIDIKAN, KEBUDAYAAN, RISET, DAN TEKNOLOGI NOMOR 63 TAHUN 2023
Abstract
Purpose― This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 63 of 2023 concerning amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 63 of 2022 on Technical Guidelines for the Management of Operational Assistance Funds for Educational Units (BOSP) at UPT SMP Negeri ABC Gresik.
Method— The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a sample consisting of school principals, treasurers, teachers, administrative staff, and school committee members totaling 20 respondents. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods.
Finding— The results show that the level of staff understanding of this regulation is quite high, with 80% of respondents understanding or highly understanding the regulation. The implementation of the regulation at this school is also quite good, with 50% of respondents reporting full implementation and 40% reporting partial implementation. The compliance level with reporting the use of BOSP funds is high, with 90% of respondents reporting on time.
Implikasi— The study recommends increasing socialization and training for school staff to deepen their understanding and enhance their technical skills in implementing this regulation..
Originality— implementation of Regulation No. 63 of 2023 can proceed more effectively and efficiently, and significantly contribute to improving transparency and accountability in the management of BOSP funds
