Abstract

Purpose―This study aims to examine and prove the influence of price, facilities and service quality on purchasing decisions. The object of this study is Kopi Panggang Gresik.

Method—This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents and data collection were carried out by questionnaire to obtain data. The analysis was carried out with classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. And shows that the research data are normally distributed. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, no variables were found that deviated from classical assumptions.

Finding—The results of this study are that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, facilities have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on Kopi Panggang Gresik, then simultaneously price, facilities, and service quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on Kopi Panggang Gresik.

Implication— The policy implications of the results of this research can provide empirical evidence that price, facilities and service quality influence purchasing decisions. so these factors must be considered to increase sales.

Purpose―The research aims to examines and proves the influence of motivation, leadership style and work discipline on member’s performance of Gresik District Pamong Praja Police Unit. Pamong Praja Police Unit is an agency in charge of managing the field of legislation enforcement, community protection and peace, public order in the region. This research is important especially in performance of Gresik District Pamong Praja Police Unit which is still not optimal in enforcing Regional Regulation so that it is very important in realizing the implementation of Good Government Governance.

Method—This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. Amount of sample taken 83 respondents and data collection is done with a questionnaire to obtain data.

Finding—Result of this research are motivation partially affects performance, leadership style partially affects performance, work discipline partially affects performance and overall motivation, leadership style and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of members of the Gresik Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit.

Implications — Theoretical implications of the results of this study can explain the concept of performance management. The policy implications of the results of this study can provide empirical evidence that motivation, leadership style, work discipline, effect on the performance of member

Abstrak

Purpose- This research aims to test and prove the influence of location, product quality and price on repurchase intentions at the Bolamania Gresik store.

Method- This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 154 respondents and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires.

Finding- The results of this research are that location has a positive effect on repurchase intentions at the Bolamania Gresik store.

Implication- Product quality has a positive effect on repurchase intentions at the Bolamania Gresik store. Price has a positive effect on repurchase interest at the Bolamania Gresik store. Abstract

Purpose-Employee performance for a company is very important and influences many factors, such as salary, work environment and length of service. Performance also serves as a measure of success in a company. The better a person's performance, the expected work will be carried out effectively and efficiently according to the targets set by the company. For this reason, this study aims to examine the effect of salary, work environment and years of service on employee performance at PT IFPRO (Indonesia Ferry Property) in Surabaya.

Method- This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one variable or more (independent) without making comparisons, or relationships with other variables. The population is 55 people and the sample taken is a population without exception (saturated sampling)

Methods of data collection using primary data and secondary data or questionnaires. Data Analysis Methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Correlation Analysis Statistics,, Normality Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, t test and F test, Coefficient of Determination

Finding- There is a significant influence between salary and employee performance with a t value of 3.573 > t table 2.008, a sig value. 0.01 < 0.05, there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance and the t value is 3.190 > t table 2,008 sig.0.00 < 0.05, there is a significant influence between length of service on employee performance and the t value is 3.033 > t table 2.008, , sig value. 0.004 < 0.05

Implication- The results of this research indicate that salary, work environment and length of service can influence employee performance. Therefore, increasing salaries, a good and positive work environment and an ideal working period can support employee performance

Abstract

Purpose―This research was conducted with the aim of examining and proving the effect of service quality, facilities and promotions on customer repurchase interest. The object of this research is the Gresik Coffee Pit-Stop.

Method—This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents and data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to obtain data. analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, intervals, validity test, reliability test, partial correlation analysis, classic assumption test which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and linearity test. multiple linear regression test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), hypothesis test, t-test (Partial Test), F-test (Simultaneous Test) And shows that the research data is normally distributed. This shows that the available data meets the requirements of using the model multiple linear regression equation. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test.

Finding—The results of this study are service quality has a significant positive effect on customer repurchase intention at Kopi Gresik Pit-Stop, facilities have a significant positive effect on customer repurchase intention at Kopi Gresik Pit-Stop, promotion has a significant positive effect on customer repurchase intention at Pit-Stop Stop Kopi Gresik, as well as quality of service, facilities and promotions have a significant positive effect on customer repurchase intention at Pit-Stop Kopi Gresik.

Implikasi— by improving the quality of consumer service, providing good and clean public facilities as well as appropriate and intensive promotions will increase consumer satisfaction which can make consumers come back again
