Abstract

Abstract

Purpose-Employee performance for a company is very important and influences many factors, such as salary, work environment and length of service. Performance also serves as a measure of success in a company. The better a person's performance, the expected work will be carried out effectively and efficiently according to the targets set by the company. For this reason, this study aims to examine the effect of salary, work environment and years of service on employee performance at PT IFPRO (Indonesia Ferry Property) in Surabaya.

Method- This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one variable or more (independent) without making comparisons, or relationships with other variables. The population is 55 people and the sample taken is a population without exception (saturated sampling)

Methods of data collection using primary data and secondary data or questionnaires. Data Analysis Methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Correlation Analysis Statistics,, Normality Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, t test and F test, Coefficient of Determination

Finding- There is a significant influence between salary and employee performance with a t value of 3.573 > t table 2.008, a sig value. 0.01 < 0.05, there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance and the t value is 3.190 > t table 2,008 sig.0.00 < 0.05, there is a significant influence between length of service on employee performance and the t value is 3.033 > t table 2.008, , sig value. 0.004 < 0.05

Implication- The results of this research indicate that salary, work environment and length of service can influence employee performance. Therefore, increasing salaries, a good and positive work environment and an ideal working period can support employee performance
