IMPLEMENTASI PRIVATE CLOUD STORAGE BERBASIS LOCAL AREA NETWORK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN KEAMANAN SHARING DATA: STUDI KASUS KANTOR DDD

Abstract

Safe and efficient data management and exchange is an important requirement in supporting company operations. PT.DDD still faces obstacles in the data sharing process, such as limited access control, dependence on external storage media, and data security risks. This research aims to implement local area network (LAN)-based private cloud storage as a centralized data storage and sharing solution in the company environment. Research methods include system requirements analysis, network infrastructure design, private cloud server implementation, and system testing. The implementation results show that the system built is able to speed up the data transfer process, simplify document management, and increase security through authentication mechanisms and setting user access rights. Thus, LAN-based private cloud storage can be an effective solution for increasing the efficiency and security of data sharing at PT.DDD
