Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to examine and prove the influence of leadership style, communication skills, and organizational culture on the satisfaction of members of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Indopipe.This research is important because member satisfaction is one of the factors that become a benchmark in determining the welfare of members.

Method- The type of research used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. For data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study is members of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Indopipe with a sample of 86 respondents.

Finding- The results stated that leadership style and communication skills did not have a significant effect, while organizational culture had a significant negative effect on the satisfaction of members of the PT. Indopipe.

Implication- The study implies that improving member satisfaction in cooperatives can be achieved through the application of participative leadership, enhanced communication skills among management, and the development of an open and inclusive organizational culture.
