Abstract
Purpose- The objective of this study is to determine how service quality, price, and location affect customer satisfaction with agents of Brilink Agil Jaya Gresik
Method- The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with 100 customers as participants.
Finding- The research findings indicate that each variable exerts a significant influence both individually and collectively.
Implication- The quality of service significantly impacts customer satisfaction with Brilink Agil Jaya Gresik agents. Additionally, price and location each have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
