Abstract

PurposeThis research focuses on employee work effectiveness based on the use of digital applications, skills, and work culture at Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on employee effectiveness.

Method—Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, observation and interviews. The analytical method used in this research is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination using SPSS.

Finding—Each result partially have a positive and significant.

the use of digital applications on employee work effectiveness is 0.005 < 0.05, Skill on employee work effectiveness is 0.011 < 0.05 work culture on employee work effectiveness is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are the variable use of digital applications, skills and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees.

Implikasi— The practical implications of the empirical findings can help the management of the Regional General Hospital and the government in developing policies on the use of digital applications, skill development work culture to increase effectiveness.
