Purpose―This decrease in employee loyalty was marked by a decrease in morale among the medical record unit employees of the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Gresik Regency. The decrease in loyalty could be due to the amount of incentives that are not in accordance with what employees expect, which is indicated by the number of incentives that changes every month, while the targets achieved by employees are in accordance with predetermined targets. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Incentives, workload, job satisfaction on employee loyalty.
Method—This study uses a quantitative approach to the population and research sample using employee respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS software.
Finding—Each result partially have a positive and significant. The incentive variable on employee loyalty is 0.003 < 0.05, the workload variable on employee loyalty is 0.002 < 0.05, the job satisfaction variable on job satisfaction is 0.000 < 0.005, the statistical results of the regression test with a calculated f value of 24.071 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller of the standard set that is 0.05.
Implication—The practical implications of the empirical findings can help the management of the Regional General Hospital and the government in developing policies on Incentives, workload, job satisfaction to maintain employee loyalty.
