PERAN INSENTIF, PROFESIONALISME DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
Purpose―This study aims to examine and prove the influence of incentives, professionalism, and work discipline on employee performance in the pharmacy installation at the Gresik regional public hospital.
Method—This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken was 51 respondents and data collection were carried out by questionnaire to obtain data. The analysis was carried out with classical assumption tests
Finding—The results of this study are that incentive has a significant positive effect on employee performance, professionalism have a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the pharmacy installation at the Gresik regional public hospital Gresik. Then simultaneously, incentives, professionalism, and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance
Implication— The policy implications of the results of this research can provide empirical evidence that incentives, professionalism, and work discipline influence employee performance. so these factors must be considered to increase hospital services.
